With 25 years of healthcare experience, a master’s degree in Health Communication, and nearly a decade working in knowledge management with Panviva; I can help you give your frontline staff the tools they need to provide world class care!

My undergraduate studies were in Mass Communication at Illinois State University with a focus on Broadcasting which helped me understand how to reach large audiences. There is an art to crafting messages directed at a diverse group of people to motivate them toward a desired outcome.

I began my career in healthcare working the frontline in a central Illinois health system by scheduling appointments for multiple specialists. As I worked my way up to directing contact centers for both the carrier and delivery side of a vertically integrated healthcare system, I was dedicated to giving my frontline staff the resources they needed to be successful. I learned about knowledge management and I began working with Panviva. 

 

A chance encounter led me to enroll in the Health Communications Online Master of Science program through the University of Illinois. This was an amazing opportunity to combine education and experience to elevate my role in supporting the healthcare industry.

I directed an enterprise-wide implementation for one healthcare system and am currently consulting for another. I am a Certified Upland Panviva Partner in Content and Implementation with experience in establishing Centers of Excellence for content development and oversight.
